Built on IANIC’s own Big Data infrastructure, it enables advanced analytics, real-time KPIs, alerts and forecasting across the collected data.
It provides citizens with direct access to their water consumption, usage insights, bills, alerts and service information through a dedicated web and mobile application.
It manages meter reading data across smart and legacy meters, supports custom drive-by reading processes and monitors the communication infrastructure supporting connected meter reading operations, with visibility into gateways, repeaters, connectivity and network coverage
